To find your size, wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on — making sure it can still slide over your knuckle — and mark where it meets itself. Measure that length in millimetres to get your circumference, then match it to the table above. If you already own a ring that fits well, simply measure the inside diameter straight across and find it in the table. We always recommend measuring at the end of the day when fingers tend to be at their largest, and if you find yourself between two sizes, go up rather than down for a more comfortable wear.

Stacking rings? Consider sizing up by half a size on the finger you plan to stack, so the pieces sit comfortably together without feeling tight.

To measure your wrist, wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string just below your wrist bone — where you would naturally wear a bracelet — and mark where it meets itself. Measure that length in centimetres. From there, add 2–3 cm for a close, classic fit, or 3–4 cm if you prefer your bracelet to sit a little looser or plan to layer.

Layering bracelets? Go up one size so your pieces sit comfortably together without feeling tight against the wrist.

Layering necklaces? Choose lengths that differ by at least 5–7 cm so each piece has room to sit distinctly. A classic starting point is a 40 cm choker paired with a 45 cm princess and a 55 cm matinee.

How do I care for my pieces?

Every Zostma piece is designed to be worn and loved for years to come. To help your jewellery last as long as possible, we recommend the following:

  • Moisture: Avoid contact with water, including showering, swimming, and hand washing, as this can cause plated jewellery to tarnish over time.
  • Cosmetics: Perfume, lotion, and other cosmetic products can affect the finish of gold-plated and sterling silver jewellery. Apply these before putting your jewellery on, not after.
  • Exercise: Remove jewellery before exercising — sweat and friction can wear down plating and delicate pieces may catch or break during activity.
  • Storage: Store each piece separately in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid long-term storage in humid areas such as bathrooms, and keep pieces away from each other to prevent scratching.
  • Cleaning: Clean gently using a soft, dry polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or jewellery cleaning solutions not designed for plated pieces.
  • Plating: As with all plated jewellery, the outer layer will naturally wear over time with regular use — this is expected and not considered a fault.

All plated jewellery can tarnish over time, particularly with exposure to moisture, perfume, and cosmetic products — this is a natural characteristic of plated pieces, not a fault. With proper care, your jewellery will maintain its finish beautifully for much longer:

  • Apply perfume, lotion, and other cosmetics before putting your jewellery on
  • Store each piece separately in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

How do I find my size?

What's your return policy?

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item, provided it's unused, in its original condition, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days for cards, 3–5 for PayPal).

Want to exchange instead? We can help with that too, within the same 30-day window, subject to stock availability.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.
