Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
If there is any delay in processing your order, or if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly via email.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays caused by Australia Post, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We recommend selecting Express Shipping if your order is time sensitive.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local postal services and customs processing times. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date for international orders.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are entirely separate from your Zostma order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges that may apply.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@zostma.com.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Zostma is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you realise you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@zostma.com. As we process and dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed.
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels or refusal at customs — we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbours, building management or your local post office before contacting us.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@zostma.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reporting a missing order, as delays can occur particularly for international shipments.
